Hello friends! How is your week going? Here, after one month and a half with a beautiful mild weather that gave us spectacular sunsets, the rain arrived. It seems that will stay for awhile, so the nights will be even longer and the time for reading long books, doing crochet and knitting is still on. Meanwhile, I thought it could be cool to see some paths that we did on 2014. Life is by itself a path, right? So, why not pay more attention the places where we pass. Pay attention, be mindful, feel the air, breathe consciously, feel the ground, the muscles of your legs walking, all you body balancing! I still find surprises in my daily routine paths although I have been doing them the last 4 years. Paying attention to our everyday paths was also one of the photowalks we did one of the Creative Courage sessions.
For now, paths of 2014. The first photo was taken inside the train in Douro and is one of my favorite areas. I just love when we cross that place. The second photograph is the last train station along the Douro river: Pocinho.

The next one, was taken nothern to Pocinho in Adeganha, a very small village in the deep Portugal that used be centuries ago a route to Santiago de Compostela. One, of these days I will show you photos of its church and the facade, one of the finest examples of gotic in Portugal. Locals are so friendly that we were immediately invited to sit, eat and drink. You feel so welcomed and willing to return to these lands! It was a warm day and it was such a good one.
