Food that makes me happy and healthier too: Lemons and oranges

Hello friends! So much going on since the last post, almost one month ago! When I saw the date of the last post I could not believe it! Let's catch up slowly. I am already thinking in Spring, floral cottons, new infinity scarfs but until then, just let me share with you one of my favourite treats in Winter. 

Every morning, a juice freshly squezeed from organic lemons or organic oranges. I have plenty of them around here (thanks Dad!) and they do beautiful seasonal decorations also. They are great for health and it is not only because of vitamin C. Limonene and other flavanones that citrus have are great protection for your esophagus, mouth and stomach! Isn't this nice?! Don't forget to drink your orange, lemon, grapefruit juice every day. If biological, the better!
